Na ja, meine Meinung zum E-Learning ist auf jeden Fall gut. So kann man den Mitarbeitern auch die Möglichkeit bieten, sich zu entwickeln.
In meinem Fall war es auch so, dass ich mich online umgeschaut habe und nach einer Plattform gesucht habe, wo man E-Learning machen kann. 

Verschiedene Anhaltspunkte habe ich dann auch finden können. 

Gefunden habe ich auf der Seite www.innobit.ch/it-loesungen/lms365-elearning/ dann auch eine wirklich gute Lernplattform, wodurch man dann auch alles zentral organisieren kann. Finde ich wirklich gut und ich muss auch sagen, dass meine Mitarbeiter da Spaß dran haben.

Grundsätzlich finde ich persönlich jetzt nicht wirklich etwas Verwerfliches, wenn man das Lernen verstärkt auf den Online-Bereich fokussiert. Immerhin ist das sicherlich DAS Thema der Zukunft und da finde ich es bis zu einem gewissen Grad schon gut, wenn Kinder hier so gut wie möglich damit aufwachsen und sich in der virtuellen Welt zurechtfinden.

So lassen sich beispielsweise auch viele wichtige Fragen problemlos im E-Learning klären, wenn etwas in einem Buch oder den Unterlagen noch unklar sein sollte.
